With over 15 years of experience in program and project management, Agile & Team/Org coaching, and business operations, Rachel Robbins founded Life on Ten Advisory to help organizations streamline workflows, increase operational efficiency, and implement long-term strategic frameworks.

Rachel has worked in and around a diverse range of industries, including software development, R&D Leadership, PMO, agriculture, processing/manufacturing/logistics, SaaS, fundraising, software security & compliance, data privacy & AI operations, organizational operations, and product operations. Her experience spans corporate teams, leadership, startups, mid-size businesses, and enterprise organizations, giving her a broad and adaptable perspective on how to optimize operations across different environments.

She is obsessed with systems thinking and first principles, ensuring that solutions are not just theoretical but practical, adaptable, and rooted in fundamental truths about how businesses operate.
